CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
We ask that clients reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance so that a cancelled training session can go to another client. In case of cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice, or in case of no-shows, the payer of the training may be charged for the lost training session.
NO CONFIRMATION POLICY
We will contact you by SMS and Email prior to your session to confirm your attendance. If we don’t receive your confirmation by at the latest 24 hours before your session, its slot may be released to the wait list.
You understand that all action taken by you as a result of our coaching is performed by you voluntarily and is your own responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, or other losses arising out of, or related to our services.
